I bought a subscription directly on Gumroad without having an account, what should I do?

No worries, here's what you can do:

First of all, create an account on overthere.link using the same e-mail you used to checkout on Gumroad.
Then go to your profile. In general settings you can enter a licence key. You should have received that key by e-mail when you checked out on Gumroad.
No step 3, unless it's not working. Then in that case, write to support@overthere.link

Can I get a refund?

Sure, it is possible to get a refund up to 30 days after subscribing. Your licence key will be terminated and your account will be set to a free plan again.

Important notice: it can take a few days before you get your refund.

Where are my data hosted?

Overthere.link aims to be functional with as little data as possible which are hosted with Infomaniak in Switzerland. Apart for your e-mail, licence key and password, we do not store data not available our public page (aka your links).

Premium & Lifetime users must go through a Gumroad checkout to activate their subscription. Those informations are stored in Gumroad servers and therefore sensible informations are not accessible to overthere. In order to validate your subscription overthere.link can access a limited quantity of data relative to your licence key which is generated with Gumroad. What about my privacy?

As said above, overthere.link aims to be functional with as little data as possible. We do not track what you do nor sell your data. This means also no ads and no analytics.

Although we do log the number of times your pages has been seen and how many times your links were clicked if this feature is activated (for Premium & Lifetime users only). It is made with a simple homemade and self-hosted script which is working as a simple counter.

What can I customize?

You can add image to your links, manage colors, animation reveal, border radius, choose between 2 layout, and soon you will be able to choose to select the font you want.

I want to add images to customize my links.

You can if you are a Premium or Lifetime user. Please note that even if your images are compressed and resized when uploaded in order to be as light as possible, you still need to upload low weighted file in order to get the best result. You can find online compressor such as compressor.io or download ImageOptim if you are using a Mac.

What can I do if I experience bugs?

Well if you report it that would be great. The product went into intensive testing already and it will continue that way in the next few weeks in order to fix as many bugs as possible. As overthere.link is currently a beta, please be tolerant about minor bugs and a bit patient for them to be fixed.
